• How much is shipping fee?

  It depends on where you are shipping and weight of a parcel.

• How recommended care to yarn?

  AVRIL recommend to wash the fabric with cold water and detargent for delicate by hands.

• What language are patterns written in?

  Most of patterns are written in Japanese. Avril has some patterns written in English, French and Chinese.

• Which country are there AVRIL retailers?

  United States, Korea, Malaysia

• Do I have to pay taxes?

  It depends on where you're shipping!
  Domestic delivery : You will be charged sales tax.
  International delivery : You don't be charged sales tax. You may be charged duty and custom fee to your Custom house.

• Can you wind a yarn into a ball or a skein?

  It depends on yarn which you ordered.
  We can wind a small quantity like 10 grams into a ball.
  We can wind the yarn to a skein.
  You will be charged 2 yen per gram.

• Can you wind a skein yarn onto a cone?

  Yes. You will be charged 2yen per gram.

• Are colors accurate in your pictures on online?

  We do our very best to make the color in our ppictures as close to real color as possible.
  Even so, we can't guarantee that what you see on your monitor is accurate, since each monitor shows color differently.
  If you have to check real color and texture, we recommend to purchase yarn sample sheet. -> Check yarn sample sheet

• Can I pick up my order at AVRIL physical shop?

  Yes, you can. AVRIL branches are located in Kyoto and Tokyo.
  To pick up yarns at the shop directly, send order 2 weeks in advance and complete the payment via online before you visit the shop.

• Do you send samples?

  Unfortunately, there are not free samples.
  We have Yarn sample sheets instead. It costs 150 yen per sheet.
  You can check actual color, texture and yarn date from the sample sheets.

• Can I pay by bank transfer?

  The payment method for international orders is PayPal only.

• Can you combine my orders to save shipping cost?

  Yes, we can before your payment transaction has been completed.
  Your order may be delayed due to prepare additional items.

• Can I attend to workshop at AVRIL shop?

  Please contact us! It depends on the day and workshop which you would attend.
