Winding skein yarn onto cone
We can wind a skein yarn onto a cone. The weight of a skein is about 100 grams except for some.
*Winding charge will be ¥2 per gram.
*Except for some skeins.

Make the original yarn by winding different yarns together
You can make your original combined yarn. Chose some yarns which you love to combine.
Minimum Quantity
Case of 3 yarns combination : Minimum order quantity is 30g.
Case of 4 yarns combination : Minimum order quantity is 40g.

Add hard twist
We can add to twist more for some yarns. Hard twisted yarn makes shrimp texture to weaving cloth if it is used as weft.
*Yarn subjected to hard twist : Check “AVAILABLE ADD HARD TWIST” at yarn product page.
*It takes about a week for the producing.
*Produced quantity will be the quantity which you place an order more or less (5 - 10grams). We ask you to buy all produced quantity.

Make the original wrapped yarn
You can make your wrapped yarn. Chose yarn and color, we wrap the threads with finest thread. It is just only for you.
*Yarn subjected to wrap : Check “AVAILABLE TO MAKE WRAPPED YARN” at yarn product page.
*It takes about a week for the producing.
*Produced quantity will be the quantity which you place an order more and less (5 - 10grams). We ask you to buy all produced quantity.
*Minimum order quantity : 100 grams

In case of special order, send your request via SPECIAL ORDER FORM.
We send Order Confirmation email automatically once your special order has complited.

Preparation
Please allow us about a week to wind the yarn.
You will be receiving Payment request email once the products are ready to ship.
Shipping fee and billing amount are fixed with total weight of a parcel.ご注文商品を手配いたします。ご注文後、ご希望の量の糸を巻きます。そのため、商品手配が終わるまで、約1週間をいただいています。
商品のお手配と梱包が終わりましたら、ご請求額確定メールを送信いたします。パッケージ総重量で送料とご請求額が確定します。 -

We accept payment via PayPal. You can proceed the payment via the link at Payment request email.

The parcel will be shipped once the products are ready to be shipped. You can get tracking number with Completion of Dispatch email.

SHIPPING
International Delivery
Shipping fee is fixed with parcel weight including goods weight and packing materials weight. We dispatch the parcel after we confirmed your payment. You will get tracking number with Delivery information email.
Basic shipping method is EMS (Express mail service) of Japan Post. We offer an insurance to a parcel over ¥20,000. The insurance fee is ¥50 for every ¥20,000.
If you request fastest shipment, we accept DHL shipment.
If you request cheaper and slower than EMS and DHL, we accept international ePacket to the parcel up to 2.0kg and up to ¥6,000 with goods total amount.
You comment up your request DHL or International ePacket at request form in your cart.
パッケージ総重量で送料とご請求額が確定します。お支払いを確認後、発送いたします。
EMS：基本的な配送方法です。商品代金20,000円以上の場合、保険料（20,000円ごとに50円）をいただいています。
DHL：EMSよりも早い便です。送料、送達日数については、お問合せください。
国際eパケット：EMS、DHLよりも送料が安く、配達まで日数がかかります。
パッケージ送料が2キロまで、商品代金が6,000円以内のご注文に限らせていただきます。
DHLもしくは国際eパケットをご希望の場合、カート内のリクエストフォームにご希望をお書き添えください。

PayPal applies 100 currencies and protect buyers and sellers.
You can pay by credit card with your currency and your PayPal balance.
ABOUT POINTS
Get 1 point for every goods total amount ¥110 (inc. tax). You can exchange 1 point to ¥1.
You will get the poin after your order was dispatched.
Limit of points : 2 years from last order.
*All points will be expired if you do not place an order during two years after your last order.
You can not use PayPal checkout to order with total amount of ¥0.
Please proceed to checkout with total amount of ¥200 or more.
RETURN and REFUND
Contact us if you would return and ask for refund.
For cancellation or return, contact us within 8 days from when you received the parcel.
Please return the products to us immediately after you contact us.
Please pay the shipping fee and any charges unless it resulted from our failure.
We confirm the condition of returned products and refund if you had paid.
If you contact us 8 days after you received the goods, we can not accept any requests, please understand in advance.
