Flow 1. Order
Enter the quantity you need and click "add to cart".
Add all products you want into your cart and proceed to next step.
You need to login for proceeding to next step.

Step 1 : Setting receiver's address
Your registration address is written in the delivery address.
Enter new address when you want to send the pacakge to other place.
Step 2 : Choice of delivery style - Delivery setting -
Choose a delivery type if you have a request.
＜ Delivery service toward to foreign countries ＞
Avril uses International mail service, basically EMS (Express mail service) of Japan Post.
There are SAL Small Packet (economical mail service) and DHL Express as other shipment.
The shipping cost is calculated by weight of contents and weight of packing materials.
So the cost is fixed after arranging package.
Shipping lists below are rough estimations for reference.
■EMS ： Express mail service
This service compensates loss and damage during delivery up to ¥20,000.If you want to put insurance for order more than ¥20,000, please write your request into " message" table in your cart.

■SAL Small Packet : Economical register mail service
We can use this service to the package which gross weight is under 2 Kg.
It will take 1 to 3 weeks until you receive the package but it's an economical service.
There are countries which does not accept this service.
This service compensates loss and damage during delivery up to ¥6,000.
We don't use this service when the total amount of order is over ¥6,000.

■DHL Express
DHL Express is an internatinal express service which delivers speedy and provide high performance service. It is possible to check the latest delivery status by their tracking system. If some troubles occur at Customs inspection, they can solve promptly. ※The speed and the cost are same as EMS or higher quality than EMS. When you request DHL Express, please write your request on " message "table. This service compensates loss and damage during delivery up to $25 per kg. If you want to put insurance for order more than $25, please write your request on " message " table.
＜ Delivery service in Japan ＞
Derivery service is specified by Avril.
■Derivery cost of yarn sample sheets & books
In case of sample sheets & books order only, no need to pay shipping cost.
■Derivery cost of yarns, kits, tools etc.
We usually use Express home delivery service.
Delivery cost is required and it's regard to your area and situation. We can use economical delivery service in case of small package.
Please check the reference list below.
It may take the extra cost sending to limited areas and solitary islands. Please ask us about details or confirm the payment request email for the extra cost depends on area where you want to send.

Step 3 : Final confirmation of the order details
Please check contents in your cart.
You can still change each quantities and cancel a part of the contents.
If you want to use a discount coupon, please click "use discount coupon" button in the shopping cart page.
You can use only one coupon for one order.
Step 4 : Completion of the order
Please click "Complete the order" button after you confirmed procedure 1- 3 above.
You will receive the confirmation E-mail including your order contents from Avril.
If you change or cancel the order, please contact us immediately within 24hours after the order.
We are not able to accept any changes after 24hours.

Arrangement
of ordered products
We arrange your ordered products within 7 working days.
In case of big order, we might contact you.
We will contact you immediately in the case of below.
Please reply within 7 working days or we will cancel your order if we don't have your reply.
01. When we need to confirm due to the arrangement of products.
02. When the ordered product is out of stock and is in middle of manufacturing.
03. When we have to delay the arranging of the products and fixing the total amount.
Flow 4.
Payment
via PayPal
We send a "Payment request" E-mail after we completed all arrangement.
Please pay via PayPal. You can settle safely and quickly by using PayPal.
You need to make PayPal account to settle your payment.
1. Check "Payment request" E-mail from Avril. The Payment page is linked here.
You can proceed to your payment on your "My Page" of Avril web site.
2. On "My Page", click "Check out with PayPal" of the order which you have to pay.
You can complete the payment by following PayPal's instruction.
You need to make your PayPal account to pay.
3. You will get an E-mail from PayPal after PayPal approved your payment.
Please log in your PayPal account and check your settled payment.
*Attention
When we can not receive your payment within 7 working days and have no contact, we will cancel the order.
Flow 5.
Sending out
We send the package within 3 working days after your payment.
＜ For foreign contries ＞
We inform the packing number by E-mail after we sent out the package.
Please have a patience to wait until the products arrives to your hand.
The package is attached required documents on internatinal trade.
*Attention
If some troubles occur between you and Customs in your country, please ask us immediately.
We will e-mail the invoice of your pacakge. Please solve your trouble by yourself.

For return or exchange, contact us within 7 working days from which you received the package.
Please return the products to us immediately after you contact us.

We confirm the condition of returned products and refund.
If you contact after 7 working days, we can not accept any requests, please understand in advance.
